Description and Overview 

Philips DPM8100 Pocket Memo digital dictation voice recorder with Transcription Kit provides users with a professional start up dictation and transcription set.

Transcription kit includes:

  • transcriptionist foot pedal & user-friendly design and comfortable operation and
  • dictation headset
  • sophisticated SpeechExec Pro workflow software.
Keep complete control of playback with the ergonomic transcription foot pedal, and enjoy quality sound from the cushioned headphones. 
SpeechExec software facilitates data management by streamlining the workflow of dictation files, and SpeechExec Pro Transcribe enables you to search, filter and find files. For urgent transcriptions, the LFH7277 comes with a priority setting function.
The LFH7277 is designed to work with Dragon’s NaturallySpeaking speech-recognition software for accurate recording and transcription. 
 

DPM8100 is pocket-sized design and supports a range of dictation software, including Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional, Dragon Legal & Dragon Medical speech recognition software.

Features include:

  • Built-in motion sensor for automatic microphone selection
  • Ergonomic slide switch for efficient single-handed operation

SpeechExec Pro Software can be purchased separately.

It provides outstanding sound quality in all recording environments with a built-in motion sensor for automatic microphone selection and 3D Mic technology to record sounds from any direction for superior audio recordings.

A large colour display screen, and a strong yet lightweight stainless steel case. The docking station charges the battery fast, and enables hands-free recording.

The recorder comes with security file encryption and PIN.

Training and Installation – Maximise productivity and ensure that you can hit the ground running with your new device. Installation, configuration & training is available from our experienced technical team and is conducted remotely at your convenience. Cost is $165.00 including GST.

Maintenance & Support Plan – LFH7277 Transcription Kit.  Enjoy unlimited technical support for your new product by selecting this option. Our specialist technical team will be on hand to assist you with any queries you may have about the functionality or operation of your software or device.  The plan covers labour and parts for your device.  Additionally, you will never be left without a working unit as we will supply you with a replacement to use while repairs are being completed.  Cost is $82.50 including GST per year.

Maintenance & Support Plan – DPM8100.   Enjoy unlimited technical support for your new product by selecting this option. Our specialist technical team will be on hand to assist you with any queries you may have about the functionality or operation of your software or device.  The plan covers labour and parts for your device.  Additionally, you will never be left without a working unit as we will supply you with a replacement to use while repairs are being completed.  Annual cost is $104.50 including GST per device.
